My primary objective is providing investigative services to attorneys. The use of a professional investigator by an attorney provides an image of a well-staffed, professional defense team.

I can provide you with a highly qualified, professional investigator, without any expenses to you or your firm. In Capital cases when the attorney is appointed, the Indigent Defense Service will pay for a qualified investigator. In other cases the investigator's fee is a legal expense to be borne by the client, above and beyond the attorney's fees; my services are at no cost you. You will have a more professional defense team at absolute no cost to you or your firm.

I provide your team with board Certified Criminal Defense Investigator. You will have an investigator who has a master’s degree, is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, an Honor Graduate of both the US Army Criminal Investigation School and the USAF Police Supervisor’s School and has over 30 years experience investigating everything from hit and runs to homicides.

Few, if any, successful attorneys have the time to conduct investigative activities. A thorough investigation must be conducted and can require time-consuming work. It will often reveal weaknesses in your case and negative information that you need to know about in order to be prepared to address it in negotiations, pretrial motions and at trial. All potential witnesses must be interviewed and new potential witnesses developed. Without a thorough independent investigation, evidence, information and witnesses that support the client may never be revealed.
